On 65 m² on the ground floor, you’ll find everything your holiday heart desires: a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, a smart TV, a crackling wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, a double bedroom, and a triple bedroom with bunk beds. The newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower offers a refreshing start to your day. Free Wi-Fi, a storage room with washing machine, and a parking space right outside the door round out the package. And outside? A small garden with a grill, sun loungers, and dining table for soaking up the sun.

The Stadtnestl is ideal for 2 to 5 people – perfect for families, friends, or couples. Dogs are welcome upon request. Smoking is not permitted.

Just a 15-minute walk away lies the Rosskopf hiking and skiing area – perfect for year-round outdoor fun. Sledding fans will love one of Italy’s longest natural toboggan runs! Nearby, the Gilfenklamm gorge impresses with dramatic rock formations, and if you're feeling adventurous, explore the mountains of Ratschings and Ridnaun, from easy valley hikes to the legendary Becher Hut, the highest mountain refuge in South Tyrol.

Craving some action? Dive into a rafting adventure or take on the Skytrek high ropes course. Prefer to unwind?
