Your personal access code for the smart lock at the front door will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp before your arrival. If you let me know your estimated arrival time, I’ll be happy to welcome you in person and show you around.
Early check-in / Late check-out
Want to arrive a little earlier or stay a bit longer? No problem – just ask us! We’ll do our best to make it possible, depending on availability.
Dogs welcome
We love dogs and are delighted to welcome your furry friend to our apartment! To make things easy, a suitable food bowl will be ready for your arrival. The location is perfect for dog owners: Right on our doorstep, you'll find beautiful paths for your daily walks in the heart of nature.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog. Due to the significantly higher cleaning effort required, we charge a small additional fee of €15 per night.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we exclusively welcome dogs and cannot accommodate any other pets.
Tourist tax
The local tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night (children under 14 stay free) and is payable in cash on-site.

The apartment is quietly yet centrally located – in Sterzing’s sports area, at Johann-Kofler-Straße 20.
Whether you arrive by car, train, bus, or bicycle – your holiday nestl is easy to reach.
The train and bus station are just a 5-minute walk away – even with luggage, it’s no problem. The Sterzing motorway exit is only a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
