Your personal access code for the smart lock at the front door will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp before your arrival. If you let me know your estimated arrival time, I’ll be happy to welcome you in person and show you around.
⏰ Early check-in / Late check-out
Want to arrive a little earlier or stay a bit longer? No problem – just ask us! We’ll do our best to make it possible, depending on availability.
🐾 Dogs welcome
Furry friends are welcome! Just let me know in advance if you're bringing your dog. We charge a small additional fee of €15 per night for him.
💶 Tourist tax
The local tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night (children under 14 stay free) and is payable in cash on-site.
With your contribution, you're supporting local initiatives in nature, culture, and tourism – helping to keep Sterzing as special as it is.

Whether you arrive by car, train, bus, or bicycle – your holiday nestl is easy to reach.
The train and bus station are just a 5-minute walk away – even with luggage, it’s no problem. The Sterzing motorway exit is only a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
